METHOD
Cake and Cheese Ravioli :
1. Cut a puff pastry into several wide strips,
2. Place several small cream cheese balls along one strip. Add pieces of salmon on top of each ball.
3. Place another strip of puff pastry on top and close all the edges well.
4. Contour each ball to form a ravioli. Cut each one and place it on a tray.
5. Repeat the process but with cooked ham and boiled potato.
6. Make another strip with beans and dried tomatoes.
7. Mix an egg yolk with milk and cover all the ravioli, add sesame to the potato and ham ravioli.
8. Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C (374°F).
