Cake Ravioli

INGREDIENTS
1) Salmon and cheese
2 rectangles of puff pastry
Cream cheese
Smoked salmon
Milk
2) Potatoes and ham
2 rectangles of puff pastry
Seasoned boiled potatoes
Cooked ham
Egg yolk
Milk
Sesame seeds
3) Beans and dries tomatoes
2 rectangles of puff pastry
White beans
Dried tomatoes

METHOD

Cake and Cheese Ravioli : 

1. Cut a puff pastry into several wide strips,
2. Place several small cream cheese balls along one strip. Add pieces of salmon on top of each ball.
3. Place another strip of puff pastry on top and close all the edges well.
4. Contour each ball to form a ravioli. Cut each one and place it on a tray.
5. Repeat the process but with cooked ham and boiled potato.
6. Make another strip with beans and dried tomatoes.
7. Mix an egg yolk with milk and cover all the ravioli, add sesame to the potato and ham ravioli.
8. Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C (374°F).

3.cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)

4.tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Steps-1
Cake and Cheese Ravioli : Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2-inches, with cooking spray.

Cake and Cheese Ravioli : Spread 3/4 cup of the pasta sauce in baking dish. Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in single layer over sauce; top with half of the remaining pasta sauce and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers once, starting with ravioli. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Cake and Cheese Ravioli : Cover with foil; bake 40 minutes. Remove foil; bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly and hot in center. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
